Passion fuel's purpose, and for Ida, that purpose is connecting the right people with the right opportunities. She has built a solid foundation in recruitment, with experience in sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines in fast-paced environments where both speed and quality matter.

She started her career in a BPO setting, where she learned how to handle high-volume hiring while staying organized and detail oriented. That experience helped her become comfortable working under pressure and making quick but thoughtful decisions when evaluating candidates. She later moved into a remote startup environment, where she strengthened her skills in proactive sourcing, job posting management, and building consistent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
Today, Ida is part of Benchmark Search Group, where she focuses on sourcing and engaging accounting and finance professionals for direct-hire roles. She uses LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify strong candidates, support recruiters with qualified talent, and keep pipelines active and organized.

She is known for being reliable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. She enjoys learning systems, staying organized, and helping to find ways to make the recruitment process more efficient. As she continues to grow in her career, she is focused on strengthening her skills in recruitment strategy, reporting, and process improvement.

Outside of work, Ida enjoys photo journaling and photography, which reflect her eye for detail and appreciation for meaningful moments. These interests naturally carry over into how she builds genuine connections with both candidates and hiring teams.
