Our screening process is more in-depth than others because most of our recruiters are former accountants. Typically, candidates are vetted by at least two of our recruiters. Additionally, we use proprietary questions to understand their true motivators and desires, ensuring the right match from the beginning. We are happy to provide client references, and you can also find some listed on our website.
Our primary focus is on roles from Accounting Manager to Controller, but we also work with positions ranging from Staff Accountant to CFO.

We specialize in handling confidential searches and prioritize privacy and trust. We work with both candidates and clients to ensure safe and secure conduct throughout the process.

This helps us gain insights, measure trends, and make necessary adjustments.

Each placed candidate comes with a warranty. We ensure that our clients are satisfied, and if any issues arise, we work towards resolving them.

While we hope Benchmark Search is the only recruiting partner you need, we understand that we don't work with every candidate in DFW. So, having another trusted recruiter isn't necessarily discouraged. However, we do recommend limiting this to two recruiters due to the law of diminishing returns.
