Cayce Ashby serves as Director at Benchmark Search Group, where she focuses on business development, client engagement, and marketing strategy. She plays a key role in expanding Benchmark’s presence across the Dallas–Fort Worth market, combining her background in communications, account management, and public relations to deliver value to clients and candidates alike.

With more than 15 years of diverse professional experience, Cayce brings a unique perspective to her work. Her career spans roles in business development, financial services, ministry leadership, and entrepreneurial ventures, where she has consistently demonstrated a gift for building authentic relationships and coaching others to succeed.

Cayce earned her degree in Mass Media Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and Marketing from Oral Roberts University. She and her husband, Troy, live in Dallas with their two children, where they enjoy being active in their school, church, and local community.
